Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

This is a full-time position.

Duties:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with Project managers, client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budgetary constraints
Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
Collaborate with project managers with preconstruction reports and estimating for change order requirements.
Perform audits on weekly field reports conducted by Projects Mangers and Superintendent.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project updates and milestones

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction management or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay:
$69, $85,000.00 per year
