    Description
    The Role


    The Assistant will provide support for two Executives in the Sports department, the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive for Global Strategy.

    A general interest in FP&A, as well as the Sports industry, is required to be successful in this role.

    In addition to general administrative duties, this role would be ideal for someone who has interest in contributing ideas and solutions to provide exceptional support.

    Responsibilities


    • Administrative duties include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing expense reports, creating and maintaining presentations, and producing correspondence.
    • Provide note taking and meeting summaries.
    • Provide market research and/or adhoc analysis when needed.
    • Research opportunities related to CAA clients, industry news and trends, and up and coming technology trends.
    • Daily review of employee credit card usage for exceptions.
    • Work collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency.
    Qualifications


    • BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.
    • Experience supporting a Finance executive preferred.
    • 1+ years providing administrative support to a busy executive.
    • A passion for sports, entertainment and emerging trends.
    • Self- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunities.
    • Highly flexible, highly organized and able to multi-task.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong use of PowerPoint required.
    • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook). Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
    • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in the Los Angeles office.
    Location


    • This is a hybrid role, based out of the Los Angeles office.

    Compensation:
    The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00- $26.50. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

    Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
