    As an inside sales professional at Elgen Staffing, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and brining in new accounts for us to staff for. Your end goal will be to sign up new customers that we will begin staffing for.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls daily
    • Maintain accurate and organized lead list
    • Embrace company culture, values and policies
    • Close New Business that aligns w Elgen's goals for growth
    • Clearly articulate the value of Elgen Staffing on each phone call

    What we're looking for:

    • Ability to handle heavy phone volume
    • Prior inside sales experience
    • Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
    • Social media savvy
    • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
    • Results driven
    • Hard Working/Hungry for success
