    As **Inside Sales Manager - Staffing/Recruiting/Consulting** you'll lead a team of new business staffing inside sales reps to meet and exceed their quota.

    **In this role, you'll be responsible for:**

    Building a culture of inclusion and high performance against expected KPI's

    Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership

    Creating strategy to drive and sell new business

    Leading and teaching your team to follow a consultative sales methodology, position all our products and services to help potential prospects & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals

    Forecasting expected monthly results accurately

    **For this role, we're requiring:**

    Strong organization and time management skills

    Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce

    **Education, Experience**

    Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience

    10+ years sales experience

    Management experience preferred

    Experience hunting for new prospects and customers required

    Experience selling to technical recruitment teams in the staffing industry is highly desirable

    **Compensation**

    Base salary/pay plus commissions of $180,000 $250,000 per year at 100% of plan targets. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
