Your responsibilities _

- recording and maintaining customer data in the ERP or CRM system
- creating offers, including offer calculations, and following up on offers by phone
- order processing, including monitoring deadlines
- providing telephone advice and support to our customers

What we expect _

- completed commercial/technical education

MS Office and ERP knowledge

- knowledge of English and French
- technical understanding
- strong communication skills, high level of initiative, and teamwork
