We are looking for a Personnel Manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Gaildorf.

Your main responsibilities include:


  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Independent support of our existing clients
  • Search, selection and evaluation of suitable candidates
  • Personnel recruitment and management
  • Planning, organization and scheduling of personnel assignments

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial or technical education with experience in sales / personnel
  • Service and sales orientation
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Flexibility, team spirit and reliability
  • Ideally, knowledge of the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and labor and collective bargaining law
