Your daily tasks:


  • Ensuring annual, weekly, and daily planning (including vacation planning) as well as coordinating the personnel planning of train drivers in daily contact to ensure the network and safety on the tracks
  • Optimized personnel and shift planning of available train drivers, taking into account availability
  • Coordination and coordination with external service providers to ensure the staffing of all train driver services
  • Competent contact person for all matters concerning train drivers
  • Coordination of further training in compliance with operational and legal requirements
  • Processing and incorporation of FPLO
  • Hotel management including participation in hotel selection for each location

What you bring with you:


  • Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on transport/logistics, ideally in the railway service sector
  • Experience in personnel and shift planning, preferably in the transport industry
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent knowledge of Excel and/or Access
