Your mission:
- Quickly and effectively handle customer inquiries
- Coordination and management of B2C inquiries, offers, and order processing
- Support in B2B offer creation, from processing and evaluating request documents to managing the offer phase
- Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, conducting market analysis, and assisting with the preparation of sales events
- Maintain and manage customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities and ensure that sales and marketing materials are up-to-date and meet the needs of the sales team
