    As a licensed sales professional in property and casualty insurance, this commission-driven position offers the potential for a six-figure income, with the added benefit of internally provided leads.

    Opportunity to work hybrid or remotely, but candidate must reside in Colorado.)Job Description & Sales Agent ResponsibilitiesLeverage robust outbound sales skills to expand membership base, reaching out to leads provided by the company and demonstrating exceptional follow-up techniques.
    Apply effective inbound sales skills to enhance membership base, employing professional selling habits to engage and attract potential customers.
    Utilize keen observational and active listening skills to identify and develop additional selling opportunities.
    Demonstrate proficiency in following an effective and streamlined sales process.
    Engage prospects through rapport-building, delivering personalized and value-based presentations.
    Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
    Employ problem-solving skills to address and overcome objections from prospects.
    Establish and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
    Prioritize member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
    Demonstrate the ability to adhere to quality assurance guidelines on every call.
    Minimum QualificationsProperty and Casualty License required or ability to obtainCollege degree preferredMinimum 3 years of sales experience requiredBackground in Insurance (Property and Casualty) preferredRequired to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated timeProven ability to convert and close sales opportunitiesSkillful in overcoming objectionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively across multiple levelsFlexibility to work any assigned shift during business hoursProficient computer skills required
