    The typical pay range for this role is:
    Minimum - Maximum
    $174, $261,500.00


    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

    PRIMARY PURPOSE:
    The Executive Director - International Tax will work directly with the Vice President Tax on international tax planning initiatives, international mergers and acquisition, US international tax compliance, quarterly and
    year-end provision computations, and other special projects.
    Lead tax analysis of M&A projects including coordination with tax directors and managers of subsidiary organizations.
    Lead the transfer pricing aspects of business expansion, including implementation, reviews, compliance and reporting.
    Identify new transfer pricing legislation across the globe and understand the potential impact to the Company.

    Work closely with cross functional business partners to develop and maintain a deep understanding of legal entity operations, transaction flows, risks and functions.

    Assist in modeling the US international tax impact of proposed tax planning ideas.
    Research technical US International tax issues.
    Assist with global BEPS planning and compliance efforts.
    Assist in leading US international tax compliance efforts with a focus on process improvement.
    Manage relationships with outside consultants including engagement and billing matters.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in accounting, business/finance (with an emphasis in accounting), or a related field.

    Four (4) years of relevant experience in public accounting, corporate tax or related field.
