Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and problemsolving skills to facilitate and coordinate planning efforts from idea conception through implementation. (required)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently, following through on assignments with mínimal direction and supervision, with the ability to make independent judgments and/or decisions and to discern when action of a higher level is required. (required)
- Ability to develop budgets and control systems, and to adhere to accounting and financial policies and procedures in a university setting. (required)
- Skill in communicating (verbally, electronically, written form) to convey accurate and timely information to individuals at various organizational levels; ability to effectively represent the needs/views of RFI to campus administration, other university administrators, the public, efficiently, with (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to establish, foster and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders from various social, cultural and educational backgrounds. (required)
- Demonstrated skill in maintaining confidentiality and with a highlevel of personal integrity, discretion, diplomacy, honesty, and professional maturity. (required)
- Demonstrated experience in planning and producing events. (required)
