The Legal Content Operations Specialist works to the support the formatting and user access to the legal content created by our CEB writers and editors.


Salary & Compensation

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Qualifications

  • Digital Publishing 3+ years of experience in with digital publishing and writing/drafting platforms like Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop) (required)
  • User Experience 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) roles with the flexibility to test several products on a multiple platforms (required)
  • Legal Writing Experience with California legal writing style (preferred)
  • Project Management Tools Experience as user with Smartsheet, Contentful, and Netsuite (preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally across several teams and efficiently work on multiple projects at a time (required)
  • Flexibility to learn and take on new tasks that support the changing needs of the content operations team (required)
  • Very strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail in a multitask environment. (required)

Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations

  • Bachelor's Degree BA in Communication and/or equivalent experience and training (required)
