Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of programs and services
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance and drive growth
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders including board members, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Identify opportunities for business development and partnerships to expand the organization's reach and impact
- Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and meetings
Experience:
LCSW or LMFT required
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of success in managing complex organizations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and operations management
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and drive business development initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build partnerships and secure funding opportunities
- Experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.
Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
