Executive Director - TEEMA Group, Inglewood, CA, USA
TEEMA Group is looking for an experienced Executive Director to join our team in Inglewood, CA, USA.

This position, reporting to the COO, oversees programs and services aimed at assisting homeless and at-risk adults and their families.

Responsibilities include program management, supervision, relationship-building with community partners, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Additionally, there's a project-specific component involving managing the development and ongoing operations of specific housing projects, collaborating with partners, overseeing contracts/grants, and ensuring proper inventory management.

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the organization in achieving its mission and vision.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the organization in achieving its mission and vision.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive organizational growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee financial operations and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at external events.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years experience in program management, staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
  • Essential skills include Leadership and Conflict Management.
  • Must have experience working with aduts homeless individuals, disabled individuals, and/or culturally diverse populations.
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse groups, including clients, staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and representing the organization in the community.
  • Demonstrated personal and financial integrity in the workplace, coupled with a strong work ethic.
