    About the Role:
    We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and generating revenue for the company.

    You will be an integral part of our sales team and work closely with our marketing and product teams to identify and target new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling/emailingBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients, and act as a primary point of contact for all business inquiriesDevelop and execute a sales strategy that targets new business opportunities and maximizes revenue growthCollaborate with marketing and product teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantagesAttend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clientsManage the entire sales cycle, including initial contact, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiationAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experiencePassion for a role in a sales or business development roleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of the UGC industry and its trendsOur interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following:
