I’m a Producer/Project Manager who has worked for the last 18+ years on programs diverse in both content and presentation.  I am experienced in all aspects of production including story development, pitching, staffing, casting, talent management, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, risk assessment, scripting, interviewing, field directing, licensing, video editing and leading communication with networks, clients, production teams, and vendors. I have many years in traditional and digital media where I have continued to prove my creative abilities and efficient working manner.  As a visual storyteller and a project manager with 15+ years of problem solving and relationship building experience, I have developed into a strong leader committed to working with various teams to execute the completion of top-quality content that will also identify the consumer’s desires and satisfy any brand or stakeholder needs.

Played key role in 60+ productions for various networks including Fox, Bravo, ABC, CBS, Netflix, The Food Network, Discovery Channel, TLC, A&E as well as digital platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Calm and Go90.  Producer duties range from casting, talent management, managing staff, budgeting, field directing, writing, and supervising the edit process through delivery of assets.

PROJECT MANAGER, AGENCY WORK FOR META                                                   2019 to November 2022

Worked as the main POC for 40+ Marketing Campaigns for Meta’s social channels through various partnered agencies including humanKIND Collective, Salt & Lime Media, and Hayden 5. Campaigns included trending on platform, OOH, and TVCs.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, DEFY MEDIA                                                          August 2015 to December 2017

Leader of a multi-million-dollar episodic video production distributed on Netflix. Managed the project’s entire life cycle from staffing, management, gear acquisition, props, locations, and travel. Oversaw day to day field production simultaneously with post-production and delivery process. 

CO-EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, TRIUM ENTERTAINMENT                                           May 2011 to June 2014

Produced several Emmy Award nominated projects across multiple media channels and operated as the main POC for clients, agencies, cast and associate producers. Crafted and oversaw the creative approach for content optimization on both traditional and digital channels.

CO-EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, AUTHENTIC ENTERTAINMENT                               March 2008 to May 2011

Crafted and oversaw development of content from concept to delivery including some of TLC and Food Networks most recognizable shows including Ace of Cakes and Toddlers & Tiaras. Played key role in sourcing talent, evaluating pitches, managing field production teams, managing budget and post-production delivery needs.  Collaborated with network directly throughout all phases of production.

EVENT COORDINATOR, BOB GAIL ENTERPRISES                                          May 2007 to December 2007 

Created work orders, event rundowns and managed both clients and budgets for events.  Worked as liaison for multiple high-end venues.  Acted as on-site representative for major events including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, company launches and more. 

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER MARKETING & PLEDGE, KCET                               June 2001 to December 2002

Hired and managed a staff of writers, coordinators, and talent bookers for Public Television fundraising programs. Produced promotional spots for marketing campaigns, directed field cameras for on location shoots, wrote copy, managed voice over sessions and prepared all teleprompter copy for live tapings. Worked with multiple departments leads to coordinate gifts, props, live audiences, and special guests.

PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR, KLBB RADIO                                              January 1997 to October 1999  

Set up promotional booths, managed live feed radio programs, produced various contests and managed the accrual and awarding of prizes. Maintained inventory of promotional goods, supervised live feed’s technical needs and managed person-to-person customer relations on-site.
