    ROLE OVERVIEW
    This Senior Project Manager will oversee two impactful projects. One focuses on consolidating data into an all-in-one platform and another is a transition to a loan servicing platform.

    Someone who has been technical in the past and/or has worked directly with software engineers is needed for this role to come in and ramp up quickly.


    This is an onsite position in NYC. Please apply if you are comfortable and able to go into the office 4-5 days/week

    Responsibilities
    Work closely with a Senior Product Manager, Back End Lead, and Software Engineers to define and align on product roadmap
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams that address development and integration of new systems and platforms both internal and external to company
    Document, maintain and communicate business and/or IT processes, workflows standards, policies and procedures
    Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
    Assess risks and establish contingency plans
    Coordinate functional overviews, trainings, demos, exploration sessions with exec, staff and more

    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in Project Management
    Preferably experienced in Agile concepts, establishing a product roadmap, and maintaining a product backlog
    Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
    Proven ability to learn new platforms, systems, processes and industries in a short period of time for ramp up
    Strong communication skills and building rapport quickly
    Strong MS Excel Skills
    Proven experience analyzing and documenting systems and processes
    Experience working directly with software engineers (bonus if previously was a software engineer)
    Experience working within the multifamily lending industry and its associated technologies and platforms is not required, but a huge bonus
