• Bachelor's degree with preference in Engineering or Management

• PMP certification preferred or plan to complete within one year

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in product design and manufacturing for wheeled vehicles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in project management software, preferably in Workfront

• Experience with product design and manufacturing for wheeled vehicles, with preference in HVAC experience
• Experience managing New Product Design Launch (NPDL) projects
• Experience in providing guidance and support to crossfunctional teams
• Familiarity with engineering design, supply chain, and continuous improvement processes
• Proven track record of completing projects within established schedules and budgets

• Manage the daily activities of project management for various projects, primarily NPDL management
• Provide guidance and support to team members across different project teams
• Develop and execute project management systems to ensure projects are completed within established schedules and budgets
• Track and analyze key performance metrics within the NPDL program management group
• Ensure proper project feasibility practices are followed to support company and customer success
• Oversee project kickoff processes and communication for all new programs
• Develop and execute proper steps during the development and qualification phases of projects
• Implement a project review process for all NPDL programs to ensure proper launch at all facilities
• Conduct regular communication meetings covering major aspects of upcoming projects
• Track key milestones and financial aspects of all current projects
• Support weekly management reviews and escalate any projects at risk
• Ensure adherence to ISO requirements and continual process improvement

• University degree with preference in Engineering
• PMP certification preferred or to be completed within one year
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in project management software, preferably in Workfront
