    Outside Sales Representative - Boston, United States - Hirewell

    Grow the sales territory by being relentless and passionate about our services. Where Safety Works, Business Thrives.

    Prospect a territory by running cold calls and new business presentations to better understand client safety programs and where Thompson Safety can help companies improve and enhance safety.

    The week is structured with both office hours and sales territory hours. The position enjoys a local protected territory with thousands of potential prospects for our services. Employees will receive on-boarding training including Sales Process and extensive Safety Product Knowledge training. Candidates who are best suited will have a background in B2B hunter utilizing a consultative sales process. This position is on-site and not a work from home role.

    Responsibilities

    • Appointment setting phone calls
    • Onsite Cold Calls to identify target audience
    • Utilize CRM to track activity and results
    • Ability to follow a structured sales process
    • Ability to close and be persuasive while articulating our value prop
    • Maintain sales pipeline to achieve sales Quota

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • B2B selling with 2+ years' experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Valid Driver's License

    Pay & Benefits

    • 1st year OTE: $90,000 - $125,000
    • 2nd year OTE: $100,000 - $175,000
