We are looking for a dynamic and competent individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in Northeastern Massachusetts.
About the Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full processes to acquire new business, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Identify potential leads in the target market through referrals.
- Evaluate prospects through in-depth research and personal interactions.
- Prepare for qualified appointments arranged by the company.
- Travel to different locations within the region to engage with potential clients.
- Present to decision-makers, highlighting the advantages of our services.
- Maintain accurate account records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate efficiently with team members and management.
- Develop a systematic approach for lead generation and referrals.
- Regularly update and manage the leads pipeline in the CRM system.
Compensation Details:
Total first-year compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000+, inclusive of a $55,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.
Additional details:
This role involves daily travel in parts of Northeastern Massachusetts and Southeastern New Hampshire, covering counties like Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk (MA), as well as Rockingham and Hillsborough (NH).
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000.00 per year
