Experience

I gained valuable working experience while working as a Sales Manager for Dapper Joe, a VSC for the Marriott, and a graduate assistant at Coastal Carolina University. Though my current position as the Director of Marketing at Caring Bees HealthCare has provided me with transparent experiences that Paragon 28 is looking for. Since becoming the Director of Marketing, our VNA agency’s referrals per month are up 27%. This was accomplished by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians and social workers through face to face interaction, email marketing, cold calling, and gifting strategies. Another responsibility of mine is directing our recruiting team to obtaining field staff such as registered nurses & therapists. In our company’s current situation, obtaining high demand field staff is the key to growth for the business; and I have been able to acquire 40 new field staff employees. These employees include registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and home health aides. This was accomplished due to an arrangement of recruiting strategies: including Indeed advertising, social media advertising, internal referrals strategies, and finding and utilizing unique hiring platforms such as Axxess. I also introduced the company to the CRM system HubSpot to keep track of referral sources progress as potential leads and turning those leads into consistent customers. Another responsibility of mine is to direct our social media team towards reaching social media engagement goals. Since employment, our social media engagement is up 700%; our posts mainly focus on employment opportunities, industry news, and feel-good stories about senior citizens. Another obligation of mine is to ensure our patients are more than pleased with our services, having our team conduct daily survey calls; and resolving complaints immediately. I am a very determined hard worker, and the study of Marketing in the Healthcare Industry is my passion.

Initiated recruitment campaign using Indeed, Linked In Recruiter, Axxess Mapping, Social Media Advertising, and offering employee referral bonuses. Since initiating our recruitment campaign, we have hired more than 40 new field staff employees (including HHA’s, RN’s, PT’s, & OT’s).
  • Assisted the COO with customer service in terms of complaints from either patients or field staff. Often interviewing both parties to find the party at fault, and then finding a solution to resolve the conflict.
  • Gained an abundant amount of experience and real-world knowledge of the HealthCare Industry.
