    Main Role:

    To support the HR department in establishing efficient systems and processes to drive the business forward and implement people management strategies aligning with the company's goals.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute employee engagement programs and HR Initiatives to support HR Strategy.
    • Guide people managers in performance feedback and maintain transparent processes.
    • Offer counsel on employee relations, discipline, and performance matters.
    • Help link company goals to individual objectives for better focus and alignment.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Handle employee relations issues and enforce disciplinary procedures.
    • Review performance feedback and develop improvement plans as needed.
    • Assist in recruitment & selection processes.
    • Identify potential employee initiatives through regular meetings.
    • Set performance goals for various positions and departments.
    • Design and implement development programs and assess talent.
    • Generate reports providing insights into talent pools and skills within the organization.
    • Present HR data and analysis to Directors monthly.
    • Lead strategic HR projects.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a relevant degree with 5 years of HR experience.
    • Proficient in Talent Management and Development.
    • Skilled in L&D for people success.
    • Demonstrated success in Strategic HR Projects.
    • Strong in influencing and stakeholder management.
    • Initiative, pro-activity, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Team player with multitasking abilities.
