OVERVIEW
The HR Business Partner is responsible for the people operations at their assigned Mountain Park Health Center (MPHC) facility(ies). This position provides critical employee relations leadership, working closely facility leaders and employees at the HR Business Partner's facility(ies).

Additionally, the HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring their facility(ies) remain sufficiently staffed, as well as overseeing employee-related compliance initiatives within their building(s).

While this position is supervised by the HR Manager, Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition, this position indirectly reports to the Director of Operations at their assigned facility(ies).


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Administer all employee relations functions supporting the efforts and intent of the facility's management team.
  • Track attendance and document accurately in Kronos then communicate changes to Clinic Managers and supervisors, so they can ensure coverage.
  • Advise facility leadership in sensitive employment matters related to workplace misconduct and performance management.
  • Perform employmentrelated investigations, partnering with company resources to protect the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the employees' main point of contact with HR, providing employees with training and information as needed (e.g., performing open enrollment meetings, triaging payroll, and benefits questions, etc.).
  • Serve as a resource in the creation of documents related to performance reviews, corrective actions, individual performance improvement plans, terminations, and other related documents, including drafting such documents for facility leadership as needed.
  • Own the execution of compliance activities at assigned facility(ies) and provide feedback to company resources regarding compliance concerns.
  • Responsible for the cohesive, effective operations of all people processes at their assigned facility(ies).
  • This position requires consistent, inperson attendance. However, based on the employee's performance and the specific task the employee is accomplishing, limited remote work may be permissible.
  • Travel to multiple locations during shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICAITONS

_ Minimum Qualifications__:
_**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a related position; or a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience in a related position

  • Working knowledge of employment law
  • Valid driver's license

_Preferred Qualifications__:
_**- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
