Job Overview:


We are seeking an AVP, HR Business Partner to drive dynamic change and support continued business growth at LPL in our soon-to-open Tempe, AZ office.

The AVP, HRBP will be supporting our contact center/service center team.

This individual will align with assigned senior and frontline business leaders to facilitate business and HR strategy execution, as well as provide consultation and coaching to leaders on performance management, talent management, organizational development, engagement strategies and compensation issues, in partnership with other teams within the Human Resources organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices in support of company and client group business priorities. Areas of focus include performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, change management, employee engagement and retention, professional development, and culture and diversity
  • Actively manage performance management needs, escalations and followup with managers and leaders to ensure consistent oversight and appropriate documentation
  • Advise business leaders on both strategic and tactical plans to support their business goals
  • Lead and participate in HRrelated crossfunctional project teams and assignments as necessary, often partnering with Compensation & Benefits; Talent Development; Learning Delivery; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging; Talent Acquisition; HR Ops, Systems & Analytics; and Corporate Real Estate
  • Act as the voice of the internal client to facilitate improvements to LPL's HR policies, benefits, initiatives, processes, etc.
  • Responsible for providing overall Human Resources leadership in the Tempe office, focusing on employee engagement and offering support, coaching, mentorship, feedback, and development to business leaders
  • Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects, working closely with the HR Workforce Analytics team and other partners

Requirements:


  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with senior business leaders in an HR management or business partner role
  • 3+ years of proven experience coaching frontline managers leaders and through a variety of HR and business related needs

Core Competencies:


  • Proficient in general HR skills such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development, and project management
  • Microsoft Office Products proficient
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems
  • Organized, selfmotivated, have strong time management skills and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Superior consultative and influencing skills

Preferences:


  • Experience managing or providing HR support in a contact center environment
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in an HRrelated field
  • PHR or SPHR
  • SHRM or Sr. SHRM

Pay Range:

$97,680-$146,520/year
