    Description

    Position Overview: As a Residential Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional interior design services to our residential clients. This position combines the art of design with the skills of inside sales to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct consultations with residential clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
    2. Collaborate with clients to create personalized design proposals, including mood boards, color schemes, and furniture selections.
    3. Provide product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients through the selection of furnishings, accessories, and decor.
    4. Generate and close sales by effectively communicating the value of our design services and products.
    5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, design preferences, and purchase history.
    6. Stay informed about current design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
    7. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
    8. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client base.

    Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience in residential and inside sales.
    2. Strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity and style.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to understand and interpret clients' design preferences and translate them into cohesive design concepts.
    5. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    6. Proficient in design software and tools.
    7. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field would be nice.
