- able to understand, explain, and forecast sales results and work directly with the owners and SVP of Finance. Understand how Sales contribute to the Profit and Loss statement, and the value that the Sales Dept has
- and training in consultative way to increase customer value
- identifies and trains sales team members
- prospective talent
- of 4/5 years sales management experience (inside / telesales management preferred/call Center)
- some experience in the Dental industry - huge advantage, but not required
- management experience leading a sales team and proven sales experience
- success in an outbound call center sales environment
- ability to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively with partners to identify solutions and resolve problems
- degree required, Bachelors or Masters Degree or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience
- understanding of Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Budgets, Sales Forecasts, Actual v Budget results is a must
- be able to speak to month end results and the strategy going forward
- advanced Excel user, however not required
- be bi-lingual English/Spanish
