SALES MANAGEMENT (M/W/D)

As Sales Manager, you will hold a key position within the company and report directly to the management. Your goal is to achieve the objectives set by the management with your sales team, for which suitable strategies and concepts should be developed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizational management of sales (B2B and B2C) as well as goal-oriented leadership and development of employees
  • Management and control of the field and office staff
  • Support of key clients (architects, property developers, and dealer customers)
  • Continuation of digitalization of processes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial or technical education or degree
  • Extensive professional background in sales of construction services or related products with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of leadership experience with disciplinary personnel responsibility
