Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain sales records
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with retail math is a plus

Pay:
$ $28.69 per hour
