    Staffing Company is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at our office located in Doral. The Sales Manager is responsible for setting department goals, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, overseeing the budget, motivating the team, and projecting an environment of continuous learning.

    The ideal candidate will provide guidance and leadership to members of the sales team. This role will motivate and guide the team towards the achievement of all sales objectives. He/she will assign territories, report to senior sales leadership on achievements, and mentor junior sales team members. This person will also display a wealth of leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proven negotiation skills.


    Responsibilities:
    Strategize and Project: Plan, project, and strategize for your team's staff and budget. Evaluate reporting information to identify new customers, estimate future sales, and understand profit and targets. Capture customer needs to qualify sales efforts and leads.
    Lead and Manage - Recruit, hire and educate the sales department on an ongoing basis. Establish quotas and sales territories while evaluating the performance of local and regional sales managers. Partner with senior leadership to assess department strategies and future sales goals.
    Maintain customer focus: Work with the team to assess new customer goals and help identify solutions that meet their needs. Handle customer complaints, employee disagreements, and any other issues that may affect sales operations.
    Administrative management of the department.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably Business Administration
    Three years of direct sales experience required

    Magaya Sistem
    Bilingual (Spanish / English)
    Technical understanding of the CRM system.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    Valid documentation to work in the United States.

    Hours: Monday to Friday
    Pay: 60k per year (negotiable) - Commission Pay
