As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
**Position Overview:**
As an Inside Sales Representative at Central Turbos, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales with a forward-thinking company in our industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and offer our products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing top-notch service and support.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and technical assistance to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Knowledge of Diesel Engine Parts for trucks, heavy equipment, and boats is highly preffered.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a bonus.
**Work Environment:**
This position is onsite only. Remote/Hybrid work is not available.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
