SeaGrape Cleaning is a reputable cleaning company serving businesses. We specialize in providing top-notch cleaning services tailored to our clients' needs. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.


Responsibilities:

Conduct outgoing sales calls to prospective business clients.

Identify potential leads and opportunities for new business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in the cleaning industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.


Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of 10% of the total gross sales. Compensation is paid on the Friday of every week, providing you with a steady income stream.
