We are seeking a high-energy and motivated professional who is seeking to become a Sales Representative who will primarily focus on selling the company' s cutting-edge dental supplies and equipment.
If you are looking to enter the growing and good paying dental equipment/supply industry this Sales Representative opportunity is for youIn your new Medical Sales Representative role you will:
- Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the Dental Sales Representative territory
- Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the Dental Sales Representative territory according to a plan of action and dependent on each customer's clinical needs.
- Develop business relationships within targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated Sales Representative call expectations with a focus on the Dentist and Hygienist
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers in your Sales Representative territory outlining products, features, benefits and services
- Understand and address both business and scientificoriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs
- Achieve quarterly and annual Sales Rep goals
Medical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Your duties include following up on sales leads, meeting with customers to assess their needs, and recommending products that can meet those needs.
- Create sales plans to target new clients
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Perform sales calls and other duties geared at achieving sales goals
- Keep an active sales funnel
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports
Medical Sales Representative Qualifications:
- A recent Bachelor' s degree or someone with excellent Sales Abilities
- Strong business development skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Aggressive and strongly motivated to succeed
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and skilled in time management.
- Superior customer service skills and able to maintain positive relationships with existing partners, as well as potential partners.
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with the Business Development Team, Marketing Team, and other departments to achieve common objectives.
- Valid driver' s license
