    Position: Administrative and Planning Associate

    Location: Queens, NY (HYBRID)

    Salary: $73k - $79k

    Luxury Goods Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Entering monthly inventory reconciliations for two companies, tracking retailer compliance, and validating reporting.

    Entering weekly sales verifications for two companies, tracking retailer compliance, and validating reporting.

    Collaborating cross-functionally with BI team to maintain inventory reconciliation/sales verification files and contacts.

    Supporting ad hoc needs including back-order cancellation to support the team's workflow

    Managing and processing personal use orders from

    Maintaining account information

    Updating and maintaining account maintenance requests for Service contacts

    Managing mailings of printed materials for new store opening

    Supporting spare parts strap assemblies and stock transformations

    Answering telephone calls and relaying messages

    Ordering supplies

    Providing general office support to team

    Following Company-protocols for all Administrative Workflows

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree

    1+ years of experience

    Strong computer skills including Dynamics and advanced Excel.

    Knowledge of PowerBI and Tableau a plus
