As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Your responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks, managing office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and providing general support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and paperwork.
  • Coordinate orientation schedules and assist with setting up new employee workstations.
  • Monitor office supply levels and anticipate replenishment needs.
  • Assist in the distribution and collection of company laptops and mobile devices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to commute to our New York office on a hybrid flexible schedule.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
