Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with exceptional professionalism to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for its NYC office.

The representative will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to the Women's & New Leadership Division focusing on increasing investments and lay leadership involvement as well as administrative duties.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

maintaining the national and regional calendar, provide weekly and monthly campaign and sales reporting, responsible for event management, assist in virtual meeting and function as department liaison for each division director.

Associate degree with a minimum of three (5) years of relevant experience. Must possess self-starter qualities, demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office, strong oral, written, analytical, listening, persuasion and interpersonal skills are a must.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for wide range of Women's & New Leadership Division support focusing on increasing investments and lay leadership involvement including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating and dissemination of national and regional calendar of events for both divisions
  • Assist in development and oversee project management of marketing materials including evites, brochures and other various literature
  • Provide weekly and monthly campaign and sales reporting as needed
  • Manage the Women's Division pin program, determining offer to client as related to investment level, tracking and maintaining records
  • Communicate/collaborate with regional sales staff around the country regarding local/national sales/marketing initiatives
  • Being knowledgeable about Israel Bonds current offerings and lay leadership structure
  • Responsible for event management including, set up, registration, and coordinating with venues, caterers and production teams
  • Assist in virtual events, working with production company, creating run of show and scripts
  • Coordinate national council meetings including lay leadership and regional staff: manage invitations, create agendas, take and disseminate minutes
  • Execute administrative duties including expense reports, calendar management, travel arrangements
  • Composing correspondence on behalf of the division directors, extensive digital file and record maintenance
  • Function as department liaison for each division director
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years office experience in an administrative environment
  • Experience in event planning and familiar with CRM platforms
  • Selfstarter, demonstrates initiative and ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Highly motivated, must be a team player and adapt when challenges arise
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma, Associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
