Description
We are currently seeking anAdministrative Assistant who can assist with our various marketing initiatives.
- MAs must have worked for at least 5 years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Must be Excellent on the Phone but "Not Salesy" but very professional & articulate, gentle & accommodating:
Hard-working, Most Honest & Transparent, Understanding, Accommodating, Willing to Go the Extra Miles, Reasonable & Attention to Details, and Most Importantly Strong Teamwork Skills:- Willing to work with a "Goaloriented mindset"
Must Be Able to Come Into the Office as needed:
Must Live very close to Chrysler Building (Manhattan) or Can Commute in 15 Minutes to 20 Minutes:- Must be highly experienced in various Administrative Works
- Should be Proficient with WordPress ("Editing Websites")
- To be able to speak confidently and directly with CEOs on behalf of our Partners & Senior Advisors
- Must have experienced in "Google Search" and other Research Skills and minds ("With Accuracy & Speed, Efficiency & Tenacity to Get the Job Done")
A Professional who "checks in" with others as they are making progress on their projects:
- Must be a "Team-Player"
- A Positive Attitude, Teamwork, Reliability, Accuracy, AttentiontoDetails, Honesty & Transparency will be required
- A Bachelor's Degree from a 4year college in Communications, Journalism, Economics, Political Science or English will be required to apply
