Hurst & Siebert is a General Contractor specializing in High-End Luxury Retail seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to contribute to the team goal of facilitating successful projects.

This role will provide administrative support to Project Managers on multiple concurrent projects to ensure smooth operations throughout the construction project, from inception to closeout.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up projects in Procore
Upload, Organize & Label Drawings in Procore
Manage Project Directories in Procore
Initiate and Coordinate Kick Off & Preconstruction Meetings
Attend Project Meetings and Take Meeting Minutes as Requested
Set up Project Prelim Information Sheets
Request, Track and Deliver Project COI's to Client and Landlord
Create and Maintain Vendor Site Services Contact List
Set up Site Services for Projects
Support Superintendent with Job Site Items as Needed
Upload and Track Sub COIs in Accounting System
Receive, Upload and Initiate Submittals Workflow
Generate and Deliver Subcontract Packages
Collect, Track and Maintain all Subcontractor Documents and Ensure Subcontractor Files are Complete and Accurate
Compile and Deliver Required Documents for Client and Landlord Close Out Packages
Undertake any Additional Duties and Tasks Related to the Position, as Requested/Assigned

Qualifications:

High level of personal organization
Work well under pressure and tight/shifting timelines
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Complete tasks accurately and timely
Ability to coordinate multiple projects for multiple project managers
Willingness to collaborate and go the extra mile
Previous Experience in Procore
2+ years' experience as a Construction Project Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time Onsite

7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Monday to Friday
