Project Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting projects from purchase orders to completion while effectively communicating with all involved internal parties.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Comfortable overseeing 10+ project timelines efficiently and accurately
- Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date
- Work with internal logistics, design, and accounting team for all project milestones
- Build items and maintain multiple item bill of materials for manufacturing with guidance from project managers
- Process customer/vendor purchase orders in our internal system
- Communicate effectively with sales team member(s) and other teams within Jansy
- Collaborate with sales team member to ensure customer needs are being met
- Perform data entry
- Assist with office inbound and outbound parcels as required
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 1 year of previous office work experience, preferably in project coordination
- Ability to use Mac
- Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience are a plus
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive, cando attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
- Critical thinker and information seeker
