Job Overview:

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities onsite
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
