Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with project submittals, scheduling, and managing communications.
  • Answer and manage office phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
  • Handle insurance paperwork and manage documentation for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extract and detail relevant information from construction plans.
  • Provide support in estimating project costs and resources as needed.
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with PC usage and office software.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a selfstarter and willing to learn new skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Pay:
