Overview:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with project submittals, scheduling, and managing communications.
- Answer and manage office phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
- Handle insurance paperwork and manage documentation for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extract and detail relevant information from construction plans.
- Provide support in estimating project costs and resources as needed.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with PC usage and office software.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand construction plans is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a selfstarter and willing to learn new skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
