Position Summary:


  • This recruitment is for a Temporary Part-Time Summer Projects Coordinator position through UCI's internal temporary staffing service.
  • Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in coordinating the HBCU summer program at UCI.
  • Communicate with CTVR constituents.
  • Provide administrative support for CTVR marketing and events.
  • Perform routine and/or repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Handle administrative details such as ordering lab coats and supplies from the bookstore.

Compensation Range:

- $ $25.20/hour.


Required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Preferred:


  • Prior experience and/or interest in pursuing a career in social media, marketing, and communication.

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT

  • The majority of our temporary positions are Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. We also have occasional parttime, weekend, and evening hours available, depending on the assignment. Comprehensive benefits options are also available for temporary employees, including paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
