What You Will Accomplish
- overall support in executing all capex projects ensuring our team aligns on budget and timeline
- collaborate and support the project managers logistics between; architect, designers, engineers, and contractors to review project plans and specifics
- coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- coordinate with vendors on procurement logistics, delivery, storage
- coordinate and communicate with property for delivery and install logistics
- coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary permits and licenses
- support and manage file organization
- monitor project progress and report on status, risk and issues with procurement, delivery delays and property coordination
- execute and manage project specs alongside project managers
- manage project documentation including contracts, change order, submittals and close out
- assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices
- provide administrative support to project managers


What You Will Bring


As the project coordinator, you will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting project managers.

The focus of your job is to ensure smooth project planning, execution, and completion, while also ensuring effective coordination among team members and stakeholders.

In addition, to being responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.


Great If you have

  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINSS ADMINISTRATION AND/OR certificate in project management Experience WORKING IN A CONSTRUCTION/DESIGN INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED
  • Highly organized and detailed individual
- time management skills
- knowledge and/or experience on spec writing and procurement logistics
- knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- experience with Smartsheet
