    Description
    What are we looking for in our Internal Communications Program Manager ?

    An American Image Sharing Company is looking to hire a contract Internal Communications Program Manager.

    Contract: 1 Year

    Location:
    Remote / San Francisco, CA w/light travel

    Pay:
    $100-$110/ hourly depending on experience


    Responsibilities :

    Program & Production Manager :
    You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our ~monthly, company-wide all hands


    This includes:
    Guide speakers through the content creation process through rehearsals.
    Partner with the deck designer and teams to ensure we have compelling visuals.

    Act as a production manager liaising with the AV Team to ensure a smooth program for all involved and watching.


    Internal Communication Programs Champion :

    You will take the lead in developing and executing internal communication programs for critical cross-company initiatives, including I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) and other HR programs.


    Intranet Migration Project Lead :
    You will support the migration of our company intranet, working closely with IT and various departments to drive a seamless transition


    This includes:
    Overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of the new intranet platform.
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and integrate diverse perspectives.

    Internal Communication Best Practices & Policies : Oversee the management of best practices and policies for internal communications


    This entails:
    Maintaining and updating internal communication guidelines and style guides.
    Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
    Identifying when new documentation is needed and creating it.

    Metrics and Measuremen t:
    You will be responsible for tracking key metrics to measure the success of the internal communications function.


    Requirements :
    Minimum 8+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
    Proven track record of leading and executing successful internal communication programs.
    Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in content management systems and internal communication tools is a plus.
    Experience with intranet migrations or website development is a plus.
    A can-do attitude who works well cross-functionally
    Comfortable speaking with, counseling and influencing senior leaders
