- Assist in developing and executing the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Program.
- Review and evaluate the T&E Master Plan and schedules.
- Participate in relevant working group meetings and assist in managing target requirements.
- Provide expertise in top-level test strategy and policy development.
- Help in crafting test objectives, scenarios, and data collection/analysis plans.
- Support integration of technical, programmatic, and operational requirements.
- Requires minimum of 7 years of experience; More than 10 years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Travel: Less than 5% expected
