Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service? We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and support our senior VPs and senior Account Executives in handling their workload.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for youResponsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned senior VPs and senior Account Executives.
Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with senior-level executives is a plus.
Recent college grads welcome with 3 years in the wholesale industry.
