    As an assistant program manager, your primary responsibility will be supporting the VHF Services Group. Your role will focus mainly on the Latin American and Caribbean regions. However, there may be situations where you will be required to support the rest of the Americas region. Due to our relationships in the Latin American region, extensive management support is required to maintain the remote ground station network.

    Your primary duty will be to assist the regional program manager in maintaining the remote ground station network. This will include communicating and interacting with various vendors, entities, and internal groups to facilitate the upkeep of the network. You'll also support the project management team with implementing new VHF remote ground stations (RGS), hardware upgrades, and other projects related to sustaining the VHF ACARS ground station network throughout the Americas. You'll provide communication facilitation when required and recommendations for addressing complex issues within the region.

    To be eligible for this position, you must possess native fluency in Spanish and have high-level attention to detail. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage underrepresented groups to apply.

    Preferred qualifications include project management experience, certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince, etc.), familiarity with ACARS or other aircraft communications technology, experience working in the Latin American region, and familiarity with project management software tools and best practices.
