Job Description
Role: Production Support (Java & Angular)
Domain: Healthcare Payer
Required Skills :
5+ years of strong experience in Java, Angular, Node JS, Spring MVC, Spring/Springboot , Hibernate and good experience in Production Support.
Strong understanding of Core Java/JDK
Deep understanding of UI technologies like JavaScript, Angular, HTML5 and CSS .
Experience in Spring Boot, Spring Restful API
Knowledge of Oracle SQL.
Experience on micro services design and development in Cloud set up Environment.
The resource need to support enhancement, maintenance and Production support activities of Java, Angular and Database applications.
Knowledge of ways to improve performance of a micro service in cloud environment.
Interact/coordinate with offshore and able to review code, Understand requirements and coming up with solutions given the current established infrastructure.
Work activities specific to Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity/Availability Management, Application Monitoring, Service Requests and Reporting, Triage, Change/Configuration Management, etc.
The associate identifies possible production failure scenarios, creates incident tickets, enhancements and/or problem tickets in ticket tracking system, and communicates effectively with development and internal business operations teams. Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services.
Strong knowledge of Angular 5 including understanding of internal details of Angular and its event system.
Takes ownership of escalations and perform trouble shooting, analysis, research and resolution using advanced query and programming skills. Resolves complex issues.
Consults with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications.
Works on problems of minimal-moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Provides the client areas with technology products and service alternatives that improve the production services environment.
