    Sales Executive

    – Greater Cleveland

    Overview


    Primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture positive relationships with prospective and existing clients, including CPAs, accountants, bankers, and other financial professionals.

    Your efforts will drive new leads and referrals, ensuring the fulfillment of revenue goals and meeting departmental standards.

    Responsibilities

    Identifying and targeting potential clients, including influencers within CPA firms, legal entities, asset management firms, and business advisory services.
    Engaging with current clients to maximize sales opportunities.
    Maintaining accurate prospect records and conducting thorough discovery sessions to discern needs and offer value-driven solutions.
    Applying MEDDICC qualification methodologies and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
    Keeping abreast of industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
    Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills.
    Ability to maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
    Goal-oriented mindset, capable of both independent work and collaboration.
    Innovative thinking and resourcefulness to tackle challenges.
    Positive attitude and resilience in challenging circumstances.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree preferred.
    3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required, with PEO (Professional Employer Organization) sales experience being advantageous.
    Familiarity with HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or insurance is desirable.
    Strong background in consultative sales preferred.
    CRM System proficiency

    Traits of a Successful Candidate

    Prior experience in HCM/Payroll sales and external sales roles.
    Extensive network of contacts in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
    Demonstrated proficiency in both hunting for new leads and building lasting relationships.
    Compensation can vary depending on experience
    Expected 1st year OTE = $100+K
    $700/mo car allowance (dependent on keeping 70% to goal cumulative YTD, otherwise reverts to mileage)
