- Support Signia's loan programs & portfolios.
- Work within all Business Development Activities.
- Help in growing and drive the loan portfolio/RebateNow towards compliance on all aspects of commitments.
- Support business development activities, programs, and internal sales team support.
- Coordinate with various other departments such as Sales and Marketing along with the Director of Practice Development to implement a growth plan for each loan customer and other programs for our sales teams and customers.
- Support, create, and coordinate resources to help accounts achieve goals including statements, reporting, targeted messages.
- Develop and coordinate quarterly business reviews of all loan customers, marketing schedules, and coordination with the sales teams to ensure the entire team is aware of key points.
- Coordinate all shared services at WSA and with the Director of Practice Development.
- Partner and coordinate programs internally with the Finance, Marketing, and Sales Teams to meet objectives and loan commitments.
- Work with existing and new Signia loan accounts to create a growth plan for each PoS within each account. Work with Director and C-Level execs on projects.
- Maintain awareness of marketplace trends that effect industry.
