Overview:
RUM Enterprise is a leading provider of electronic recycling solutions, committed to environmental sustainability and responsible e-waste management. With experience in the industry, we specialize in ITAD. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronic recycling industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire contracts and expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the entire contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful contract implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- experience in business development, sales, or contract management, preferably in the electronic recycling industry.
- Proven track record of successfully securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of electronic recycling processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Job Types:

Pay:
$54, $65,872.77 per year
